Sumer Mathur is the Chief Operating Officer and Director at Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp, where he spearheads operations, finance, CRx System software development, third-party integrations, and innovation. A certified CPA and CA, Sumer brings a wealth of experience from private and public companies across the US, Europe, and India.
Sumer is the President of InfiCare Technologies, a software development and IT staffing company, and InfiCare Health, Inc., a healthcare staffing firm serving hospitals, insurance, pharma, and medical device companies. His background in software product development, corporate finance, and startups has been pivotal in his leadership roles.
Paul Spitzberg

As a board member of Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp, Paul Spitzberg brings a wealth of business acumen and leadership experience. His distinguished career includes his role as Vice President of Special Markets at Coach, Inc., where he excelled for over 12 years. Paul recently retired from the Board of Elegance, Inc., a Party Plan Corporation, and now serves as a consultant to several companies.
During his tenure at Coach, Paul also held significant positions in industry organizations. He served as President of the Incentive Marketing Association, was a trustee of the Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement at Northwestern University’s Medill School, and acted as Vice Chairman for Corporations at the Incentive Federation.
Lisa Goldstein

Lisa Goldstein is a distinguished healthcare executive with over 40 years of experience. Recognized as one of Crain’s Most Notable Women in Healthcare in 2018, she currently serves as Executive in Residence for the Cornell University Sloan Program in Health Administration.
Ms. Goldstein’s impressive career includes her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City, a position she held from March 1997 to December 2020. In this capacity, she was responsible for day-to-day operations, facilities management, and planning, as well as overseeing all construction activities. Under her leadership, HSS experienced significant growth, more than doubling in size in terms of revenue, surgeries, square footage, locations, and employees. Her tenure also saw continuous improvements in patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
